Payments, Appointments, and Subscriptions

For appointments, clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

For recurring subscriptions, clients may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Once a billing period has begun, fees for that period are non-refundable. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
